One ETF that I'm puting a lot of emphasis on whether we can go all in short or not is FXE (Euro-Dollar ETF). Until this ETF breaks below this red line we won't have the "ALL CLEAR" signal for the Bears. I'm Bearish on the market longer term and watching this ETF .. like a hawk ! I will remain paranoïd on the downside until I see this line broken !
