The last few charts on XLU were not a true success to say the least.. However, I remembered that on october 15 th I had used Tim Knight's GBP/JPY chart to make this striking comparison with XLU .. you can see the original post right HERE ! I had spoted an "A" level on both charts which represents the end of the yellow rising wedge ! There is a possibility that the "A" level on XLU could be around $31... here is a zoom on the original chart of XLU to show you what I mean !!
