CAT got rejected right on the overhead key resistance level I showed in this post.

Take some profits near these levels.

After the amazing run for Caterpillar these pas two years I think it gets to a point where it is "as good as it gets" ! I wouldn't expect CAT to get above that resistance line. The weekly RSI are screaming "get the F*** out". I wouldn't be the one holding CAT in 2011, not even with your money ! I'd say CAT will trade near $65 before $105 !
