Hello Kids, I hope you had an enjoyable week end and have rested a little ! Most of you probably watched the Super Bowl ! I never watch american football and rather watch this kind of football ! Back to business and the multimonth reversal on the US Dollar ! While most of you were thinking about a crash in the US dollar a few months ago ! I was nuts enough to come up with that compelling chart of the US Dollar a few months ago (CLICK HERE) ! It is working as a charm so far .. almost too precise to be true ! UUP : The US Dollar bottom of 2010 !
Provided that the $22 level holds onUUP (Powershares US Dollar Bull) this is what I anticipate for the US Dollar in the coming months ahead ! A speedy recovery towards $25 ! The US Dollar Index should rally by "at least" 10% in early 2010 ! Note how (A) & (B) consitute a double bottom formation.

UUP : Here we are !!!!
Gut check for the US DOLLAR !On the last post on (Click Here) the Dollar Index DXY or UUP (Dollar Bullish ETF) , I have labeled a blue circle around the 75 level on DXY corresponding to a $22.4 level on UUP. Here we are now !! UUP is on the last support level at $22.4. It comes as no surprise that my stop loss that I have on my position in UUP is at $22.30. If UUP closes below $22.30 the bullish scenario that I had for the US Dollar will likely falter ! If the US Dollar should reverse it should do so in a hurry before something more dire happens !!!
